How to Use
ViViD Verifier
Our verification tool is designed to be incredibly simple yet powerful. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to process your emails through our 3 distinct verification modes.
🚀 Quick Start Flow
Understanding Your Results
Every verification performs deep checks across multiple layers. Here is a simple, non-technical explanation of every field you'll see in your report so you know exactly what the data means.
Email ID
The exact email address that was analyzed.
Email Type
Identifies if the email is a Free account (like Gmail/Yahoo) or a Corporate/Professional business email.
Platform (Provider)
The technology provider hosting the inbox (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho).
Score & Status
Score is our confidence level (0-100%). Status gives the final verdict: Valid, Invalid, or Risky.
Assessment
A quick human-readable summary (e.g., "Highly likely to be deliverable" or "Mailbox does not exist").
Role-Based
Flags generic addresses (like info@, admin@) which belong to teams rather than individuals. Best avoided in cold marketing.
Syntax
Checks if the email is typed correctly (no spaces, missing @ symbols, or invalid characters).
Domain (NS)
Confirms that the website domain after the @ actually exists on the internet and has active name servers.
MX Records
Mail Exchange records. If valid, it proves the domain is physically capable of receiving emails.
DMARC
An advanced security check. Tells you if the domain strictly protects itself from spoofing/phishing.
SMTP Result
The raw output of directly connecting to the mail server. Shows if the specific inbox name is accepted.
SMTP Status
The translated verdict (e.g. valid/invalid) based on the server's SMTP response code.
Catch-All
If "Yes", the server accepts emails sent to any address on that domain, which increases bounce risk.
System Logs
The raw, technical transcript of the handshake between our servers and the destination mail server. Only useful for advanced debugging.
